Every item is printed and pressed to order. Orders typically go into production within 24 hours and take 2 to 7 business days to print, press and quality check before they ship. Personalized items can take a day or two longer during busy seasons.

Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment it leaves the print facility. Ordering for a specific date? We recommend at least 2 weeks ahead inside the US.

Yes. We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia. International delivery typically takes 10 to 30 business days after production, and any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. For events, order 4 to 5 weeks ahead.

On personalizable designs, type the name or text you want (up to 22 characters) in the "Make it yours" box on the product page and you'll see a live preview. Summer prints your exact design to order, so double-check spelling before checkout.

Every tee is a Comfort Colors® garment-dyed blank, the buttery-soft, lived-in kind, and every order is printed to order. No overstock, just the one shirt that was made for them.

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, changed minds, or ordering errors on non-defective items. Product pages include a size chart, and our garments run true to brand sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email thesmalltowngiftcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description. You don't need to ship anything back.

Production starts quickly, so we can only change a shipping address or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Email thesmalltowngiftcompany@gmail.com right away with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it before it prints.
