Designs are created with direct-to-garment printing (DTG). This is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head. Unlike traditional printing methods, DTG uses water-based inks and minimizes waste, making it a more environmentally friendly choice. DTG prints are exceptional in their quality. This method can recreate intricate designs in the full spectrum of colors, resulting in very detailed and high-quality prints. Prints can withstand up to a minimum of 50 washes on cold.
