Shipping Policy

Every item is printed and pressed to order, just for you. Here is what to expect from checkout to doorstep.

Production time

Orders typically go into production within 24 hours and take 2 to 7 business days to print, press, and quality check before they ship. Personalized items can take a day or two longer during busy seasons.

Shipping time (United States)

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves the print facility.

International shipping

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia. International delivery typically takes 10 to 30 business days after production, depending on the destination and customs processing. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Address changes and cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only change a shipping address or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Email us right away at thesmalltowngiftcompany@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to catch it before it prints.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, and peak-season volume (especially November and December) can occasionally add a few days beyond our estimates. If your tracking has not moved in 10 or more days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Ordering for a specific date?

For teacher gifts, birthdays, and events, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks ahead inside the US, and 4 to 5 weeks ahead for international orders.
