Welcome to The Small Town Gift Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thesmalltowngiftco.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our store
The Small Town Gift Co. sells made-to-order apparel and gifts. All products are printed on demand at the time of purchase. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province, to make a purchase.
2. Products and personalization
Many of our products can be personalized with names, text, or photos you provide. By submitting personalization content you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it,
- It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or right of publicity,
- It is not unlawful, hateful, or harassing.
We reserve the right to refuse and refund any order whose personalization violates these rules. Personalized items are printed exactly as entered at checkout and cannot be returned; see our Refund Policy for details.
3. Accuracy of product information
We work hard to display product colors and details accurately, but screens vary and slight differences between the photo and the printed product can occur. Garment-dyed apparel in particular has natural color variation from batch to batch; that is part of its charm.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, and correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping timelines and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but if a package is lost in transit we will replace it or refund you as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy, available in the footer of the Site, is part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, product photos, text, and branding on the Site belong to The Small Town Gift Co. or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written permission.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to interfere with the Site's security features, or to scrape, harvest, or misuse other users' information.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Small Town Gift Co. disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Small Town Gift Co. from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right, including claims related to personalization content you submit.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Product Safety & Garment Specifications:
Applicable Products: Premium custom apparel (including blanks by Comfort Colors®, Gildan®, Bella+Canvas®) and custom giftware items.
Intended User & Hazard Warnings: Products are intended for adult use. There are no specific chemical, electrical, or physical hazards when garments are worn normally for their intended consumer purpose.
Country of Origin: Made in Honduras, Nicaragua, or El Salvador (Decorated and custom printed in the USA).
Warranty: All applicable items carry a 2-year statutory warranty for consumers residing within the European Union and Northern Ireland, in compliance with European consumer protection directives.
General Care Instructions: To maintain product safety and custom print longevity, machine wash cold (max 30°C or 90°F); do not bleach; tumble dry on low heat; iron, steam, or dry on low heat; do not dry clean. Please also defer to the physical care label stitched into individual garments.
